The reservation of a hotel room during the registration process is not possible anymore. Interplan is delighted to help you with the reservation, so please send them an email with the following information to

with

• the name of the hotel you want to reside in
• the day of your arrival and depart (i.e. duration of stay)
• your credit card information:
  i.e. Visa, Mastercard
  credit card number
  date card expires
  and name written on the credit card if it is not identical with your name.

The card information will at this point solely be needed for booking purposes and not be charged.
